Microsoft Azure Certified Professional (Global Bench Program)Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Microsoft-certified Azure professionals interested in a long-term affiliation with a growing Microsoft Partner.
This opportunity is designed for highly qualified professionals who want predictable monthly income, flexibility, and occasional project participation without the demands of full-time employment.
This is not staff augmentation, not a full-time role, and does not require continuous project delivery.
Instead, selected professionals will become part of Neurocraft's extended global Azure and AI practice, supporting Microsoft Partner initiatives and, when desired, participating in customer projects.
This opportunity is ideal for consultants, freelancers, architects, administrators, engineers, and technology professionals who already possess Microsoft certifications and want to maintain an active engagement with a Microsoft Partner organization.
Depending on your expertise and certification area, responsibilities may include:
Supporting governance and administration of Microsoft Azure environments
Maintaining Azure subscriptions, resource groups, RBAC, and security controls
Assisting with Azure policy management, compliance, and operational readiness
Contributing to Data & AI platform best practices
Participating in periodic architecture reviews
Providing limited advisory services to project teams
Supporting Microsoft Partner technical readiness initiatives
Participating in occasional customer-facing engagements when mutually agreed
Maintaining active Microsoft certifications and technical standing
Workload requirements are generally light and flexible, varying based on business needs and project opportunities.
- 3+ years of Microsoft Azure administration, engineering, architecture, security, or development experience
- Active Microsoft certification(s) listed below
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently as a contractor
- Strong professional communication skills
- Reliable internet connectivity and ability to work remotely
- Interest in maintaining a long-term professional relationship (12+ months preferred)
- Microsoft Azure Certified: Administrator Associate, Developer Associate, Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft Azure Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Virtual Desktop Specialty, SAP Workloads Specialty
- Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate

Compensation
Monthly fixed retainer Additional hourly compensation for approved project work Project-based bonuses may be available depending on engagement scope Compensation will be discussed based on certification level, experience, geographic location, and availability.
