This Cookie Policy explains how Neurocraft Data Services ("Neurocraft," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on neurocraft.ai (the "Site"). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to site owners. Similar technologies — such as local storage, pixels, and tags — perform comparable functions.
Cookies set by the site you are visiting are called first-party cookies. Cookies set by another domain are third-party cookies.
2. How We Use Cookies
We take a deliberately minimal approach. The Site does not use cookies to build advertising profiles or track you across other websites, and does not currently set any cookies beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the Site securely.
Strictly necessary cookies
These are required for the Site to operate securely and cannot be switched off in our systems. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may set cookies to manage traffic, distinguish humans from bots, and protect the Site from malicious activity.
- __cf_bm (Cloudflare) — bot management; helps distinguish automated traffic from real visitors. Typically expires after 30 minutes.
- cf_clearance (Cloudflare) — records that a security check was passed, where applicable.
Analytics cookies
We do not currently use analytics or performance cookies on the Site. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required by law, request your consent before any non-essential cookies are set.
Company identification (no cookies, consent-gated)
With your consent, we use Apollo.io, a business-intelligence service, to identify which companies (not individuals) are visiting the Site. This works by matching your device's IP address against a database of known company networks — it does not set cookies, does not identify you personally, and does not track your activity on other websites. It is off by default: the first time you visit, you'll see a banner asking you to Accept or Decline, and it stays off until you accept. Apollo's own privacy policy states it may use IP addresses to enrich its own databases beyond just answering our request — see our Privacy Policy for the full disclosure. Apollo also offers a cookie-based, person-level visitor identification feature; we have not enabled it.
Advertising cookies
We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
3. Third-Party Content and Services
Some parts of the Site rely on third parties, which may set their own cookies or receive technical data such as your IP address when content loads:
- Google Fonts — used to serve the typefaces on the Site. Loading fonts sends a request to Google's servers.
- Cloudflare Stream — used to host and play videos embedded on our service pages.
- Apollo.io — receives your IP address to identify the company associated with your visit. No cookies are set. See "Company identification" above and our Privacy Policy.
- LinkedIn — when you follow a link to a Neurocraft post or job posting, LinkedIn's own cookies and privacy policy apply.
We do not control these third parties' cookies. Please review their policies for details.
4. How to Control Cookies and Tracking
Company identification (Apollo.io): use the consent banner shown on your first visit, or visit our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page at any time to change your choice or check your current status.
Global Privacy Control: if your browser or a browser extension sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we detect and honor it automatically — company identification stays off, no banner needed. This is distinct from the older, non-standardized "Do Not Track" header, which has no legal effect and which we do not currently act on.
Browser cookie settings: most browsers let you view, manage, block, and delete cookies directly:

- Safari — Settings → Privacy
- Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security
- Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause parts of the Site to function incorrectly.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes to the technologies we use or to comply with legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
