Neurocraft Data Services ("Neurocraft," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at neurocraft.ai (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
Information you give us
- Contact and inquiry details — your name, email address, phone number, company, job title, and the contents of any message you send through our contact form or by email.
- Recruiting information — if you apply for a role, information you choose to share with us. Applications submitted through LinkedIn are governed by LinkedIn's own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
- Technical and usage data — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, and pages viewed. This is standard server and log data used to operate and secure the Site.
- Company identification — with your consent, we use a business-intelligence service, Apollo.io, to match your IP address against a database of known company networks. This tells us which company you appear to be browsing from — we do not use it to identify you individually, and it does not set cookies. Apollo's own privacy policy states it may also use IP addresses to enrich its own databases and, in some cases, to infer information about individuals; we do not receive or see any individual-level output from this, but you should know the underlying data leaves our systems. You can decline this at any time — see Section 8 below and our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy for details.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the information or services you request.
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
- Evaluate candidates for open roles.
- Send business communications you have requested or that relate to an existing engagement.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We also do not share it with third parties for their own advertising or direct marketing purposes, with one limited exception described in Section 4: our use of Apollo.io to identify visiting companies. Because Apollo's own systems may use the technical data (your IP address) we send it for Apollo's own purposes, several U.S. state privacy laws treat this as a "share" even without payment — see Section 8 for your rights and how to opt out.
3. Legal Bases for Processing
Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process personal information on the following bases: your consent; the performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business; and compliance with legal obligations. Company identification via Apollo.io (Section 1) is only enabled after you accept it in our on-site consent banner, so it relies on your consent, not legitimate interest.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- Service providers who perform work on our behalf — such as hosting, email delivery, and infrastructure providers — under contracts that limit their use of the information.
- Business-intelligence providers — with your consent, we share visitor IP addresses with Apollo.io so it can tell us which companies are visiting the Site. Apollo's privacy policy discloses that it may use this data to enrich its own Contributory Database and other Apollo products, and that IP addresses may in some cases be used to infer information about individuals. We have not enabled Apollo's person-level, cookie-based tracking feature, and Apollo does not return any individually-identifying information to us — but the data leaves our direct control once shared, and Apollo's own use of it is governed by Apollo's privacy policy, not this one. You can opt out at any time; see Section 8.
- Professional advisers such as auditors, lawyers, and insurers.
- Authorities or others where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
Data we share with Apollo.io is retained under Apollo's own retention practices, not ours. As of this Policy's last update, Apollo's privacy policy states it retains data "for as long as it is useful" in its products, without a fixed period. Declining company identification (Section 8) stops any further sharing, but does not retroactively delete data already sent to Apollo — for that, contact Apollo directly or ask us to do so on your behalf.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Request a portable copy of your information.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

8. California, Colorado, Connecticut, and Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have some or all of the following rights, subject to that state's specific law:
- Right to know / access — what personal information we have collected, used, and shared about you, and why.
- Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected from or about you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing — as explained in Sections 1 and 4, we share visitor IP addresses with Apollo.io for company identification, which several states classify as a "share." You can opt out at any time on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page — no account or purchase required.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect or use "sensitive personal information" (as that term is defined under CCPA/CPRA — e.g. precise geolocation, government IDs, health, biometric, or financial account data) for any purpose that would trigger this right.
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of these rights.
- Right to appeal — if we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response; if we uphold the denial, some states allow you to then contact your state Attorney General.
Categories of personal information collected and shared in the last 12 months: identifiers (name, email, phone — if you contact us) and internet/network activity (IP address, browsing data). Categories of personal information shared (as defined above): internet/network activity (IP address) shared with Apollo.io, a business-intelligence provider, for company identification. We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not share any category of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Global Privacy Control. We automatically detect and honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid opt-out-of-sharing request under CCPA/CPRA. If we detect it, Apollo tracking is disabled for that visit and we display a visible confirmation. See our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page for details.
To exercise any state-law right, email info@neurocraft.ai or use the mechanisms on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. We will verify your request as required by law and respond within 45 days (extendable once by an additional 45 days where permitted). You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf.
9. International Transfers
We are headquartered in the United States and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site links to third-party sites and services — including LinkedIn for job applications and Microsoft resources. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.
11. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Site.
