California, Colorado, Connecticut, and several other states give residents the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information. This page explains what that means for neurocraft.ai, and how to exercise that right.
1. What We Share, and With Whom
We share your IP address with Apollo.io, a business-intelligence service, so we can see which companies (not individuals) are visiting our Site. Apollo's own privacy policy states it may use this data to enrich its own products and databases beyond simply answering our request — which is why we treat this as a "share" under state privacy law, even though no money changes hands for your specific data and no cookies are set. We do not currently share any other category of personal information for advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or any other purpose.

3. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We automatically detect and honor the Global Privacy Control signal broadcast by supporting browsers and browser extensions. If your browser sends this signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of sharing under CCPA/CPRA and disable Apollo tracking for that visit automatically — you do not need to do anything else. The status box above will confirm whether we detected it.
4. Other Ways to Opt Out
If your browser doesn't support Global Privacy Control, you can use the button above, or email us at info@neurocraft.ai with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share" and we will honor your request. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask for verification that the agent is authorized to act for you.
We will not discriminate against you — through denied services, different pricing, or a different level of quality — for exercising this right.
